Printed Boards Recycling Plant

TM-Machine PCB recycling plant is used to recycle printed circuit board (PCB). It processes PCB into powder and finely granulated copper, aluminum, lead, tin, silver and gold. During the recycling process of waste circuit board, 3 steps of shredding, crushing and grinding technologies adopt to make the mixtures of metal and resin fiber powder. Weight vibration separator, air separation system and electrostatic separation system are designed to get pure metal powder and fiber powder. Purity of the output exceeds 98%. Application
PCB recycling machine is used for recycling all kinds of waste printed circuit boards, like computer boards, TV panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and copper plates; processing waste electrical appliances, like used TV sets, waste refrigerators, waste computers, waste air conditioners, and other waste materials.
Recyling Process
1. PCB Dismantling: The first step is to remove any components or parts from the PCBs, such as capacitors, resistors, and IC chips. This process can be done manually or by using a machine.
2. Crushing and grinding: The PCBs are then fed into a crushing machine, which breaks them down into small pieces. This process helps to liberate the metals from the non-metallic components.
3. Air Separation: The crushed PCBs are then passed through an air separator machine, which uses air currents to separate the metals from the non-metallic components. The metals are collected in one stream, while the non-metallic components are collected in another.
4. Magnetic Separation: In some cases, a magnetic separator machine is used to further separate the metals from the non-metallic components. This is particularly useful for separating metals such as iron, which can be extracted using a magnet.
5. Electrostatic Separation: Another method used to separate the metals from the non-metallic components is electrostatic separation. This involves passing the crushed PCBs through an electrostatic separator, which uses an electric charge to separate the metals from the non-metallic components.
6. Refining: The final step in the process involves refining the extracted metals to produce high-quality raw materials for reuse. This may involve further processing, such as smelting, to produce pure metals such as copper, gold, silver, and palladium.
