Casing
A good casing means good design and high quality. Material TM-Machine casing employee is carbon steel which has high-temperature resistance. Its temperature tolerance is about 1000℃. Now, we provide integrated casing, which is convenient to transport and install. Besides, its temperature tolerance is higher compared with the last generation.

Reactor
Oil sludge pyrolysis reactor determines the efficiency and safety in the production process. TM-Machine reactor uses 310S stainless steel. It has high-temperature resistance to guarantee its continuous and safe operation. There are some safety designs:
1. bilayer explosion-proof valve.
2. honeycomb filter
3. auto welding with manual patch
4. temperature & pressure sensor
5. temperature& pressure meters
6. rotary method ensure uniform heating
7. senior static sealing material

Explosion-proof Aluminum Sheet
This sheet is on the reactor. The sheet will be broken up when the gas flue is blocked up. And the pressure can be released. Finally, avoid an explosion.

Anti-tempering Measures
Firstly, using the hydroseal. The combustible gas flue is below water. It avoids the spreading of fire.
Secondly, using a damper. It is composed of casing and filter elements. Many small holes will greatly reduce fire spreading.

Waterseal-single Loop Fire Damper
Emergency pressure releasing tube is on the top of hydroseal in tyres pyrolysis plant. This damper guarantees a normal gas cycle from hydroseal to reactor.

Combustible Gas Burners
The combustible gas is purified by the hydroseal and condenser. It is safe to use gas as fuel directly. This burner helps the gas to burn enough in this process.

TM-Machine oil sludge pyrolysis machine is mainly used to process oil sludge waste into pyrolysis oil. TM-Machine offers four types, including skid-mounted type, small pyrolysis type, semi-continuous pyrolysis type and continuous pyrolysis type. See their parameters.
