Plastic Pyrolysis Plant

Raw Materials
There are many types of plastics that can be recycled by TM-Machine pyrolysis equipment, including woven bags, acrylic, packaging bags, disposable cups, freezer food bags, cotton swabs, and so on.
Besides, the plastic can also be divided into HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, and others.
Note: Similar chlorine and oxygen-containing plastics such as PVC and PET are not recommended for disposal.
Working Process
Materials Reprocessing
Determine that the size and moisture of the plastic meet the feeding requirements. Customers could pack the plastic into blocks. This step can improve the efficiency of the pyrolysis process and the quality of the plastic pyrolysis oil. This preprocessing step is configured according to the customer’s needs.

Plastic Pyrolysis
Transfer the plastic to the main plastic pyrolysis furnace. Preheat main furnace. After the temperature reaches 280 degrees, the chemical and physical reactions of plastic pyrolysis begins. Pyrolysis oil and carbon black are continuously produced.

Syn-gas Recycling
The recoverable syn-gas in the main pyrolysis furnace will go through a water seal and condensing system. The purified combustible gas can be used to heat the main combustion chamber. This step will help customers to save fuel. The syn-gas could be collected separately for other purposes.

De-dusting System
The waste smoke in the main plastic pyrolysis reactor reaches the EU emission standard after being treated by the atomizing tower and the condenser.
