1. Shredding / Crushing
Shredding and crushing is for the pretreatment of the raw materials to cut them into small pieces. For different types raw materials, it may have different requirements for using shredder or crusher. If the raw materials are big and thick aluminum plastic composite panels, and processing capacity is big, then better use the shredder instead of crusher. But for medical blister pack and aluminum plastic film, usually the crusher is enough.
2. Grinding
Materials after crushed, need to be grinded into smaller granules or powder for full separation.
3. Rotary Vibrating Screen
Materials after grinded may still have different sizes, in order to let them have a higher separation rate, the rotary vibrating screen is used to control the material size from the grinder. If the material size is bigger than the limit, then it will go back to grinder for grinding again. If the materials size is smaller than the limit, it will go forward to the electrostatic separator for separation.
4. Electrostatic Separation
As the grinded materials are already very fine powders, then no need air separator for primary separation, directly use the electrostatic separator is ok.
5. Dust Collection
As the aluminum plastic composite materials are required to be crushed and grined into powdery materials, it may have floating dust fly around, which requires the dust collector to remove the dust.
