The working process of a mini skid-mounted pyrolysis machine includes a feeding process, mini pyrolysis, discharging process and de-dusting process. 1. Feeding
Through manual labor force or automatic screw feeder, waste materials are sent into the waste pyrolysis reactor.

2. Preheating and Pyrolysis
At the first, use fuel to heat the reactor. After about 1 hour, the recycled combustible gas and oil are generated.

3. Discharging
When the pyrolysis process is finished, workers collect waste pyrolysis oil and carbon black by manual labor force.

This line could process one furnace of raw materials. After the finish of pyrolysis, this line needs some time to cool down.
