Feeding Coconut Shells
TM-Machine provides three kinds of feeding methods, including manual feeding method, automatic screw feeder and hydraulic feeder. We take an automatic feeder as an example. The coconut shell is delivered into coconut shell charcoal making reactor automatically by conveyor.

Carbonizing Coconut Shell into Charcoal
After preheating, with temperature increasing, the reaction of coconut shell pyrolysis starts. When temperature reaches 300-600 degrees, coconut charcoals are made. Then biogas, tar and wood vinegar are generated.

Discharging Carbonized Coconut Shells
The final coconut shell charcoal will be discharged at the end of the reactor by a water cooling discharger. The temperature of the final charcoal is about 30 degrees. Accordingly, it is safe to move and store.

Pollution-free Coconut Shell Charcoal Line
TM-Machine coconut shell charcoal production line has dedusting system. It can purify the final exhuast gas. Besides, the water in this line won’t be polluted. And it is in recycling process.
