Feeding System
For oily sludge with high moisture content, TM-Machine recommends using bucket elevators to transfer and convey materials; for oily sludge with low moisture content, TM-Machine recommends using an excavator forklift and belt conveyor/screw conveyor for transfer and delivery.

Thermal Desorption Reactor
Heat the thermal furnace. The pyrolysis temperature reaches between 200 degrees and 450 degrees. During this process, oily sludge is decomposed into oil, non-condensable combustible gas, waste gas and solids. These things are processed separately for recycling.

Syn-gas Recycling System & Dedusting System
The non-condensable gas enters the combustion system after being water-sealed and desulphurized. The generated hot smoke enters the de-dusting tower and the condenser under the action of the induced draft fan. The exhaust gas reaches the emission standard after purification and cooling.

Discharging System
The discharging system is used to transport solid residues into the tank. The solid components such as carbon slag are cooled by the water-cooled screw discharging system in the waste pyrolysis process. Finally, its temperature is below 30 degrees.
