Tyre Pyrolysis Oil 35-45%

Carbon Black 30-35%

d. After grinding, it is used in the production of ink, like the black pigment of printing ink.

Working Process
The whole process can be separated into four processes, including tyre pretreatment process, tyre pyrolysis process, de-dusting process and carbon black discharging process. Pretreatment of Tyre Waste
Before tire pyrolysis, some types of tyres need handling by pretreatment machines. The size of tyres depends on the feeders (belt conveyor, hydraulic feeder and auto screw feeder). Normally, customers will choose a suitable tyre crushing machine and steel wire drawing machine. Waste tyre will be cut into small pieces. And the steel wire will be dragged out.

Pyrolysis Process of Tires
Put tyre into reactor and heat combustor. When the temperature is up to 150℃ and last 2 hours, customers can get oil gas. The oil gas will fall into the reactor and go into the manifold. The manifold can separate oil from oil gas. When the temperature reaches 280℃ in the waste to energy plant, the oil production process basically finishes. Oil will drop into the oil tank. Waste oil gas in the reactor will enter into a series of procedures: cooling, hydroseal, etc. The hydroseal will help to purify the gas and avoid backfire. Final oil gas can be recycled to provide heat for the reactor again. It is safe to directly reuse processed oil gas. Normally, the burner for preheating can be closed after 2 hours when the oil gas is generated.

De-dusting Process
There is some waste smoke whose temperature reaches 200℃. After being processed by a dedusting system, the waste smoke meets emission standards. The dedusting system is consists of the water tank, spray tower and chimney. Besides, in order to improve the final effectiveness, we can add other procedures, for example, ceramic ring adsorption and activated charcoal absorption. Before discharged, the smoke will go through a condenser. And the final temperature of the smoke is about 75℃.

Carbon Black Discharging
When discharging, the temperature of the tyre to oil reactor needs to be cool down to 100 degrees. The carbon black will be discharged from the end of the reactor by the auto screw discharger.

Cooling Tank to Decrease the Temperature of the Reactor

Casing with Two Functions

The casing adopts a self-made bearing seat made of 40Cr. The thickness of the casing is 16mm, and the thickness of the inner spiral is 12mm. This casing has good heat resistance and can serve customers for a long time. Good Heat Keeping Effectiveness
Besides, there are three layers in the spacing between the case and the reactor, such as aluminum silicate refractory fiber cotton. Three different thermal insulation materials have two functions.
