Sugarcane Bagasse Charcoal Making Machine

Sugarcane bagasse charcoal making machine is good equipment that convert waste into fuel. It convert bagasse into biomass charcoal in 15-20 minutes. The charcoal yield is generally 3:1. Applications
Bagasse biomass charcoal has a variety of uses. It can be used in industry, agriculture, waste treatment and life.
Industry: It can be used as fuel for burning in brick factories, cement factories, boiler factories, power plants, and ferries;
Agriculture: it can be used to remediate soil;
Waste Disposal: When it is recycled in a non-polluting manner, the carbon emission is reduced.
Life: It can be used as fuel for cooking, such as grilling, cooking; it can be used as fuel for hookah – hookah charcoal.
Working Process
Place raw materials that meet specifications into the main furnace. If the size is too large or there is too much moisture, it can be pretreated with a crushing machine and dryer. Then preheat the main furnace.
When the temperature rises to 150 degrees, the material begins to produce physical reaction. When the temperature rises to 300 degrees, a large amount of combustible gas, biochar, tar and wood vinegar are produced.
Biomass char is discharged through water-cooled slag or artificial slag. If water-cooled slag is used, no cooling time is required. The temperature of the carbon is around 30 degrees. Tar and wood vinegar are collected in separate containers.
The waste flue gas in the main furnace can finally meet the emission requirements after being treated by the dust removal system and the condenser. If you have detailed parameters for exhaust emissions, please send them to us. We can adjust dust removal equipment to meet your requirements.

First, the combustible gas can be directly used as the fuel for heating the main biochar furnace after the treatment of the water seal and the condenser.
