Place raw materials that meet specifications into the main furnace. If the size is too large or there is too much moisture, it can be pretreated with a crushing machine and dryer. Then preheat the main furnace.
When the temperature rises to 150 degrees, the material begins to produce physical reaction. When the temperature rises to 300 degrees, a large amount of combustible gas, biochar, tar and wood vinegar are produced.
Biomass char is discharged through water-cooled slag or artificial slag. If water-cooled slag is used, no cooling time is required. The temperature of the carbon is around 30 degrees. Tar and wood vinegar are collected in separate containers.

Make a Good Use of the End-products
In order to reduce the energy consumption of the entire production line and reduce costs for customers, some products can be directly used in the production line. First, the combustible gas can be directly used as the fuel for heating the main biochar furnace after the treatment of the water seal and the condenser. Second, the high-temperature flue gas entering the main furnace or drying furnace can reduce the moisture content of the material. These can save customers some fuel costs.
