Working Principle
The materials with the appropriate size and moisture is fed into the main shisha charcoal reactor manually or by a automatic feeder.
After heating the main shisha charcoal furnace, the temperature gradually rises. When the carbonization temperature is reached, the biomass carbonization process is completed in 15-20 minutes.
Biochar is discharged through water-cooling discharger or labor force.
The biomass charcoal is transported to the shisha charcoal briquette forming line. By adding binders and reformatting, the production of hookah charcoal is complete.
Applications
Due to the good properties of this charcoal, besides being used as hookah carbon, it can also be used for barbecue charcoal, soil remediation, activated carbon, metallurgy, factory fuel, and so on.
