Bamboo Charcoal Making Machine

Bamboo charcoal making machine adopts One Step Two Fire technology to make charcoal and byproducts (tar and wood vinegar) from bamboo. In order to achieve sustainable development, TM-Machine machine fully utilizes bamboo waste and turns it into valuable fuel. It meets waste to energy requirements. Patent
One Step Two Fire is TM-Machine’s exclusive technology patent adopted in biochar equipment. This technology has greatly strengthened carbonizing efficiency and improved resources utilization. One Step Two Fire refers to the self-sufficiency of the drying system and combustible system after heating the chamber. Waste gas will be cleaned by several procedures and enter into the reactor to burn. Besides, waste smoke with high temperatures will be introduced into the drying machine to reduce the extra water content. With this technology, the demand for fuel is small in this project.
Working Process
Before Feeding
The requirement for bamboo size is no more than 2cm. The larger bamboo pieces need crushing by a crushing machine. The space size between bamboo pieces has a close relationship to the quality of bamboo biochar. Then, small bamboo pieces enter into the drying system. The excess water content will be removed.

Bamboo to Charcoal Process
Heat the chamber. After half hour later, screw automatic feeder pushes bamboo into carbonization reactor. If the temperature is over 350℃, the chemical change starts. The bamboo charcoal will be discharged on the same side.

Combustible Gas System
When bamboo is changed into charcoal, there are waste gas and waste smoke in the reactor. The waste gas enters into the cyclone dust collector and two condensers by an induced draft fan. The two procedures guarantee the cleanness of combustible gas. Accordingly, the combustible gas is able to provide heat for the reactor instead of other fuel.

The portal one has the following advantages: Firstly, takes 7-10 working days to install. Secondly, there is no need for fundamental work when install this charcoal manufacturing plant. Thirdly, it is easy to operate. Fourthly, the budget is small.

How to Guarantee Project Safety
For improving safety in the production process, we place a series of devices to monitor and control this machine.
1. Workers monitor the pressure and temperature through several parameters and pressure gauges.
2. In some key parts, there are pressure-relief valves.
3. This type adopts three stages of water cooling dischargers on the production line. It will greatly reduce the cooling time and improve safety.

For small types, we arrange the delivery in 15-30 working days. And install it in 7-15 working days. For continuous types, TM-Machine will ship them in 30-45 working days.
