TM-Machine oil refinery plant is applicable to produce quality diesel by cracking oil such as waste engine oil, motor oil, heavy fuel, marine oil, sludge and various lubricating oils. Working Process
Feed of waste oil is pumped into the refinery reactor,the waste oil will be blended with additives to remove the solid impurities and blended oil,the oil will be heated and rest of the moisture and light hydrocarbons will be further separated from waste oil efficiently,The waste oil then will be sent to the reaction still for further processing.
The oil in the reactor will be heated and produce gasoline and diesel separately.
Different distillates of oil products eventually to be filtrated by refining system to improve the color and oxidation stability.The syngas produced by the whole system will be purified.
