At TM Machine, we are always excited to showcase our innovative recycling solutions to potential partners. Recently, we were pleased to host a customer from Mexico who toured our facility to learn about the capabilities of our copper wire recycling granulator.
The tour began with a presentation of our state-of-the-art granulator, which is designed to process various types of scrap copper wire into high-purity copper pellets. The customer was intrigued by the machine’s ability to deliver consistent results with minimal waste, and we were eager to demonstrate its actual capabilities.
As we powered up the granulator, our customer observed how the machine effortlessly processed different types of copper wire, turning them into clean, reusable material. He was particularly impressed by the precision of the separation process and the ease of operation, which would allow his team to quickly integrate the equipment into their current workflow.
Our technical team took a deep dive into the machine’s advanced technology, explaining how its efficient design minimizes energy consumption while maximizing production output. The customer was pleased to learn about the machine’s durability and low maintenance requirements, which would help reduce his long-term operating costs.
After the demonstration, we sat down to discuss in detail his business needs and how our granulator could support his recycling goals. He showed great interest in the potential for cooperation and at the end of the visit he decided to invest in our equipment.
