In the quest for an efficient waste tire recycling solution, our valued customer from Aruba began their search in 2016. Their exploration led them to discover TM Machine when they turned to Google for assistance. In October 2018, they initiated contact with us regarding our waste tire recycling pyrolysis plant, and in April 2019, they placed an order for our latest capacity 10-ton plant.
Jamal, our customer from Aruba, marks the third individual in the Caribbean region to invest in our tire recycling pyrolysis plant, following the footsteps of our clients from Haiti and Jamaica. However, Jamal stands out as the first customer who placed an order without visiting our factory in China for an inspection. While initially planning to visit us in February, he ultimately canceled his trip and chose to meet our boss in Mexico.
The installation of Jamal's waste tire recycling pyrolysis plant was completed in August 2019, and it has been operating smoothly ever since.
Now, let's explore the valuable products obtained from waste tires through the processing of TM Machine's waste tire recycling pyrolysis plant:
Fuel Oil (45% to 52%):
The primary product derived from our waste tire recycling pyrolysis plant is fuel oil, which finds extensive applications in various industrial and commercial sectors. Approximately 45% to 52% of the recycled tire volume can be transported using licensed tanker trucks.
Carbon Black (30%):
The second product generated is carbon black, accounting for approximately 30% to 35% of the tire's quality. Carbon black serves as a chemical strengthener in the rubber industry and a coloring agent in pigment production. Our pyrolysis carbon black presents a cost-effective alternative to petroleum carbon black, making it an excellent choice for a range of applications.
Steel Wire Scrape (12% to 15%):
Approximately 10% to 15% of the waste tire volume results in steel wire scrap. The abundance of steel wire makes it easily marketable within the local industry.
Pyrolytic Gases (Approximately 10%):
During the pyrolysis process, we generate approximately 10% pyrolytic gases. The primary component of these gases is methane (CH4), which cannot be condensed and stored. Instead, we utilize these gases to heat the reactor, and any excess gases can be employed for other heating applications.

Installation & Commissioning & Training
M-Machine's service for recycling machines is now available worldwide. TM-Machine’s skilled technicians are available to assist with onsite installation, commissioning & training on request. This will enable customers to optimize the performance of their new plant. Customers will be briefed on all aspects relating to operation and maintenance by a TM-Machine technician. Dimensional drawings together with service requirements will be provided prior to delivery of the equipment. This will allow the customer to prepare the site and allow them to commence production in a timely fashion.
