The customer, a prominent metal recycler, reached out to us with an inquiry about a machine specifically designed to recycle electronic components. After gaining a comprehensive understanding of the customer's requirements, we promptly provided him with our company's product catalog for further evaluation. Throughout the entire process, our dedicated sales team maintained open lines of communication, addressing any queries and concerns promptly.
During the negotiation stage, the customer expressed a desire to witness the machine in action and requested a video showcasing our factory and the machine's operational efficiency. In response, the customer promptly dispatched materials from India for us to conduct a trial process. Once we received the materials, we immediately recorded and shared a video showcasing the machine's excellent performance. The customer was highly impressed with the results and expressed eagerness to place an order promptly. Ultimately, the customer selected the model capable of processing 200-300 KGS of PCBs per hour. Our PCB dismantling and recycling machine consists of two integral components: a PCB disassembler, which expertly removes electronic components from PCB boards, and a PCB recycling line, which efficiently pulverizes the PCB boards, separating the valuable copper metal from the resin fiber.
At present, the machine has been completed and is poised to be shipped to Qingdao port for onward transportation to the customer in India. We will closely monitor the logistics process and maintain regular communication with the customer to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.
